1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the sd777 website, mobile-optimised web application, and all services, games, and features offered thereon.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the sd777 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a User on the sd777 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the User into their sd777 Account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, match bonuses, cashback amounts, or other non-cash credits awarded by sd777 under applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a User must wager using bonus funds before those funds or any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Activity" refers to any conduct described in Section 8 of these Terms as prohibited.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures carried out by sd777 prior to processing withdrawals or upon reasonable suspicion of account irregularities.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sd777 Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing, creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, initiating a game session, or requesting a withdrawal — you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms published on the Platform.

sd777 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the Platform. Continued use of sd777 following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and sd777 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

3 Eligibility & Registration

Access to the sd777 Platform and the creation of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your Account's existence:

• You must be a natural person. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, automated software agents, and other non-human entities are not eligible to register an Account.
• You must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. sd777 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. sd777 may require documentary proof of age at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof will result in Account suspension pending verification.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information including your full legal name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information current and accurate.
• You must not be subject to any legal restriction — whether personal, jurisdictional, or otherwise — that prohibits you from accessing online gaming services or entering into legally binding contracts.
• You are permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the sd777 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• You must not be self-excluded from sd777 or have previously had an Account terminated by sd777 for cause.

sd777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

sd777 shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your login credentials. You must notify sd777 immediately if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

sd777 may, at its discretion and without prior notice, temporarily or permanently suspend an Account in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, collusion, or money laundering;
• Legal, regulatory, or compliance obligations requiring such action;
• Technical maintenance or security investigations;
• A User's voluntary self-exclusion request.

In cases of Account suspension for investigation, sd777 will retain all associated balances pending resolution of the investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, balances may be forfeited in accordance with Section 8.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sd777 Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). sd777 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability and transaction limits published in the Account dashboard:

• JazzCash mobile wallet;
• EasyPaisa mobile wallet;
• HBL Internet Banking;
• UBL Internet Banking;
• Meezan Bank Internet Banking;
• SadaPay digital wallet;
• NayaPay digital wallet;
• Direct bank transfer;
• Supported cryptocurrency (converted to PKR equivalent at time of credit).

Deposits are credited to the Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. sd777 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside sd777's control.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals may only be requested to a payment method that the User has previously used to make a deposit on their sd777 Account, subject to available balance.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after completion of satisfactory KYC verification. sd777 reserves the right to request additional documents at any stage.
• sd777 aims to process standard withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer timelines depend on the receiving institution.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Account dashboard and subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Funds credited as Bonus Balance are not withdrawable as cash unless and until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

sd777 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are governed by the following general terms, supplemented by specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be made from an Account containing an active Bonus Balance. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry period, typically stated in days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonus funds that are not wagered within the applicable expiry period will be automatically removed from the Account along with any derived winnings that have not met the wagering requirement.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. Game contribution percentages are published in the bonus terms for each promotion. Live casino table games typically contribute at a reduced rate or may be excluded entirely.
• One Bonus at a Time: Users may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly permitted in the specific promotion terms.
• Abuse Policy: sd777 maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using matched betting strategies solely to extract bonus value; exploiting software errors to generate artificial bonus credits; or any other manipulation intended to circumvent the purpose of the promotion. sd777 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and permanently suspend accounts where abuse is detected.
• sd777 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected users.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the sd777 Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual game categories — including cricket betting markets, slot games, live casino tables, crash games, and bingo — are published within the relevant game sections of the Platform:

• Bet Finality: All bets placed and confirmed on the sd777 Platform are final and binding. Once a bet is submitted and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or retracted by the User under any circumstances, except where expressly permitted by game-specific rules (e.g., cash-out features on supported sports betting markets).
• Payout Limits: sd777 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets, game sessions, or within a defined period. These limits are published in game-specific terms and the Account dashboard.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity interruption that results in a game or bet being unable to complete, the affected bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the User's Real Money Balance. sd777 is not liable for losses attributable to User-side connectivity issues.
• Obvious Errors: sd777 reserves the right to void and refund bets placed at clearly erroneous odds or game configurations resulting from data feed errors, software glitches, or human input mistakes — regardless of whether the User was aware of the error at the time of placing the bet. This includes manifest pricing errors in sports betting markets.
• Sports Betting: All cricket and sports betting at sd777 is governed by the specific ruleset published for each market type. In cases of ambiguity, the ruling of the sd777 sportsbook team is final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure described in Section 16.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sd777 Platform. Engaging in any Restricted Activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (both Real Money and Bonus), and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an Account if you are under 21 years of age or providing false age information;
• Creating or operating more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal information;
• Using another person's Account, payment credentials, or identity information without their explicit authorisation;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any game on the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, or communicating information about a live game to non-participating third parties in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such gain must be reported to sd777 immediately and will be reversed if discovered;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds;
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market through multiple accounts or in coordination with other users;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine personal entertainment and gaming;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct towards sd777 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.

9 Responsible Gaming

sd777 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The following responsible gaming provisions are integral to these Terms and are not optional:

Minimum Age: Access to the sd777 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. sd777 may request proof of age at any point, and Account access will be suspended until satisfactory proof is provided if age is in doubt.

Player Protection Tools: All registered users have access to the following tools directly within their sd777 Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total net losses you are permitted to incur during the applicable period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the sd777 Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and are irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months. To request self-exclusion, contact sd777 support directly.

sd777 reserves the right to apply cooling-off periods, deposit limits, or self-exclusion to any Account where behavioural indicators consistent with problem gambling are identified — including without limitation, significant and rapid loss patterns, repeated failed self-exclusion attempts, or explicit statements of distress in support communications. This may be done without the User's explicit request and is for the User's protection.

10 Intellectual Property

All content available on the sd777 Platform — including but not limited to the sd777 brand name and logo, website design, interface layouts, game graphics, promotional artwork, text content, software code, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of sd777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the sd777 Platform;
• Modify, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content;
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices displayed on the Platform;
• Use the sd777 brand name, logo, or any substantially similar designation in connection with any external website, product, or service without the express written consent of sd777.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sd777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect, special, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Losses attributable to interruptions in service caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party provider outages, or circumstances beyond sd777's reasonable control (force majeure);
• Losses resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Decisions you make regarding betting or gaming strategy, including losses incurred in the course of normal gameplay;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays or errors in processing your deposit or withdrawal;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, sd777's total liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total Real Money Balance held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits sd777's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

sd777 collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted by Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of and is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, sd777 collects personal data for the following primary purposes:

• Account creation, identity verification, and KYC compliance;
• Processing financial transactions and preventing fraud;
• Providing customer support;
• Complying with anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations;

13 Termination

By You: You may close your sd777 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon Account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions described in Section 5. Any Bonus Balance that has not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

By sd777: sd777 may terminate your Account and these Terms at any time, with immediate effect, if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandate closure;
• sd777 determines, in its reasonable judgment, that continued Account operation poses a risk to the integrity, security, or regulatory compliance of the Platform;
• Your Account has been inactive for a period exceeding twenty-four (24) consecutive months.

In cases of termination for breach, sd777 reserves the right to retain all balances pending investigation and to permanently forfeit those balances if the investigation confirms a material breach of these Terms. In cases of termination for regulatory reasons or inactivity, Real Money Balances will be returned to the User through available payment channels.

14 Amendments to These Terms

sd777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through a notice published on the Platform and/or via communication to the registered email address or mobile number associated with the Account. Such notification will be provided with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the sd777 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. sd777 recommends that all Users review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations and rights.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to them or to your use of the sd777 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sd777's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming compliance framework.

Complaints Procedure: If you have a complaint about sd777, including any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, you must first contact sd777 support by written communication via the email address provided in Section 16, setting out the nature of your complaint in full. sd777 will acknowledge complaints within two (2) business days and will endeavour to resolve them within fourteen (14) business days.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, escalation procedures may be available through sd777's applicable compliance framework. Details of any applicable escalation pathway will be communicated to you at the conclusion of the internal process if the matter remains unresolved.
